Team Lady 180 operates as a “team”, encouraging women to create community by “training” together in healthy eating and exercise. They “triumph” as they cross the finish line of a 5K, 10K, or Sprint Triathlon, as a dynamic form of grief therapy.

Bio: I take a very active approach to life where I believe that it is
important to first move correctly and then move often. As a former US
Marine (Reserve) I created strength and conditioning programs for fellow
Marines for pre/post deployment training and recovery. Before opening
Blueprint Fitness, I played collegiate level football and rugby, and was
a personal trainer for 7 years. In my spare time I study with GA Sports
Chiropractor Dr. Eng and Life University professor/chiropractor Dr. Clay
on movement patterns and training programs.
I received my bachelor degree at James Madison University. I am
certified with NASM, NASM PES, HKC, AAAI/ISMA, USA Weightlifting,
CPR/AED & First Aid.
About Blueprint Fitness: At Blueprint Fitness our mission is to create
long, lean, strong bodies that are free of pain. Every member has their
own customized 'blueprint' which guides them through their workout. Our
clients follow an organized, well thought out program specific to their
strengths and needs. Our members get personal training, but in a small
group and at a group price!

I recently received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification from Samyak Yoga School in Dharamsala, India where I studied Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Vinyasa flow style classes. I am new to teaching and to the Atlanta area and am excited to share my love of yoga with this amazing community. I have been practicing yoga for the last 2 years but have only seriously began to study yoga philosophy within the past year. My love of yoga is complimented by my obsession with long-distance running. When I'm not practicing yoga or running, I am working as a full-time Ecologist and hanging out with my husband, pup and cat.
Please help us celebrate our new collection with a realated and dance inspired class. We are offering a fantastic, new and exciting POUND class. this is a dance type workout where sticks are used to help with the movements and to keep with beat. It will be a blast! Weather permitting we will have this class on the green in Central Park at Atlantic Station. We are so excited!! Refreshments will be served!!!
Considering Yoga can be very intimidating and sometimes discouraging, I like to bring a high-spirited and amusing aura into the practice to make those I am working with feel comfortable and open to the possibilities. I call it my Yoga “Chananigans”. I’m also a real stickler for the Triple P’s: Practice, Persistence, and Patience. Yoga is your personal practice, and I like to consider myself a guide striving to help you achieve your personal best. All the while enlightening and sharing the multitude of physical, mental, and spiritual benefits that Yoga can provide. Namaste!
