Join us for a FREE 45 minute 'Les Mills Bodypump Sampler' (a Bodypump class adapted to be done without the weighted bar/bench/etc) led by Jasmine Marsh of Body Resolution. Class will be held outside on the top block of Church Street (weather permitting) and is open for all fitness levels.  If the weather is not in our favor class will be held inside the store!

Join us for a FREE barre class led by Hermine Flanigan. Barre is a full body workout combining dance, Pilates and yoga. During class you will use muscles to fatigue and then stretch them out. It is an intense but fun class! Hermine teaches BarSculpt and bootybarre. You can find her at Synergy, Body Resolution and Pulse.

A fusion of intermediate/advanced mat Pilates, traditional strength training and cardio for a total body challenge.  Special focus will be put on conditioning the feet, knees, hips and thorasic spine.  A great classes for runners and other athletes!
